Some minimal security, accounting, and signed-ledger evidence may need to stay so the network remains auditable.

Restrict or anonymise only when you understand the effect. The command asks for an explicit confirmation.
The CLI obtains a one-use directory challenge, signs it locally, and writes the redacted result to a new file with restrictive permissions. It does not print the export into your terminal history.
iicp-node operator dsr export --output ~/iicp-directory-export.jsonFor changes, use iicp-node operator dsr restrict --yes or iicp-node operator dsr anonymize --yes. The command shows the retained-record explanation before it sends either action.

This self-service path is for records cryptographically bound to an operator key. For lost keys, legal requests, or records not tied to an operator identity, use the assisted request path described in the privacy notice.
